Reasons for consultation

How I can help

Every journey is unique. These are the situations people most often come to see me about. Not quite sure your situation fits? We can talk about it in a first conversation.

  • Confidence and self-esteem

Lack of confidence or self-esteem, a feeling of having lost your direction.

  • Life transitions

Separation, grief, parenthood, career change, moving, accidents, retirement.

  • Understanding yourself

A wish to better understand how you function and to develop your inner resources.

I work with

  • Adolescents

A space to be heard and to put words to what they are going through.

  • Young adults and adults

Studies, work, relationships, life choices: take stock and move forward.
